The protest has not been lifted yet. The appeal to the commonwealth court returned the protest it to DHS for a redetermination. While that is being done, needs assessment need to continue to be administered.

Justification for Extension:
|
While the protest is still in place needs assessments need to continue. Assessments are scheduled 60 days out, in order to keep assessments happening we need to extend the EP with Ascend so they can continue to schedule.
